Steps to get Class 3 Digital signature certificate in Karnataka:
Class 3 type of certificate is considered as Highest level of certificate as referred to class 2 digital signature certificate.Class 3 certificate can be used in places where class 2 certificate is requested.
Class 3 has 2 sub categories
1. Class 3A ( Individual Name )
2.Class 3B ( With Organization name )
Most of tenders accepts class 3B digital signature certificate like Indian Railways e-procurement system.
Documents needed for class 3B are as follows:
Documents needed for Proprietorship:
- Pan of the Proprietor or Aadhar card or Voter id or Passport copy
- Attested copy of Bank Statement (First 2 pages) and GST or Government registration copy
- Attested copy of last ITR (First 2 pages).
Documents needed for Partnership firm:
- Attested copy of Pan of Partner or Aadhar card or Voter id or Passport copy
- Authorization letter with seal and signature
- List of Partners with seal and signature on letter head
- Attested copy of Organizational PAN Card.
- Attested copy of Bank Statement (First 2 pages).
- Attested copy of Partnership Deed (First 2 pages).
- Attested copy of last ITR (First 2 pages).
Documents needed for Private or Limited companies:
- Attested copy of Pan of Director / Applicant or Aadhar card or Voter id or Passport copy
- Authorization letter with seal and signature
- List of Directors with seal and signature on letter head
- Attested copy of Organizational PAN Card
- Attested copy of Bank Statement (First 2 pages)
- Attested copy of Incorporation Certificate
- Attested copy of Article and Memorandum of Association (First 2 pages)
- Attested copy of Last Audit Report and annual return (First 2 pages)
Now USB module is changed and it will be issued with new FIPS certified token as per circular from Government of India.
